With heavy hearts we have closed our doors permanently. A lot of the reasons why have been building for a while now. Brisket prices are triple what they were 2 years ago. There is a constant staff shortage. Weekdays have been so slow and then Saturday nights SO busy that our small staff cant keep up with it. And the final straw of being yelled at by guests on the dining room floor for being sold out of smoked meat for the night (the goal of barbecue restaurants) are all signs that this is the right call. Thank you to those who have supported us over the last 3 years. I am sorry for the disappointment.
