Hi Curry friends!
It's going to be an INLAND CURRY Saturday at FEAST World Kitchen this week April 27th with a classic menu. 

For lunch we'll have our popular flaky paratha tacos with Chicken Tikka, Pork Vindaloo or Channa Masala. We'll also have Curry bowls - Chicken Korma Bowls  & Veg Makhani (Butter Masala).

For dinner,  we have a special line up featuring our very delicious and creamy Chicken Korma, a Vegan Vegetable Makhani (Butter Masala) and Beef Kheema Masala Paratha meals and our dinner meals will come with sides of Dal. You can ofcourse  add on Parathas, Mango Lassi and the good stuff including our Garbanzo bean - Channa Chaat Salad.

We are doing a last minute fill-in at this WEDNESDAY April 3rd with a simple INLAND CURRY menu.

Remember the pulled pork vindaloo tacos we served at Inland Curry every Thursday at Feast World Kitchen? Well they sparked a whole new restaurant concept that we are excited to share with you!

We are excited to announce our new restaurant, INDICANA coming to South Perry street this spring/summer, where we’ll be celebrating the flavors of India X Mexico. You won’t find typical Indian curries that we were serving at Inland Curry or traditional Mexican tacos, but your taste buds will be tantalized with combinations of the vibrant flavors from both of these incredible cuisines. What you will also find the team of friendly faces behind Inland Curry that you have grown to love in a new permanent location.

Think chipotle roasted sweet potato enchiladas with a creamy butter masala sauce, or tamarind-ginger-maple glazed pork ribs with tangy apple slaw and crispy patatas bravas tossed with an Indian spice twist. Or tender pork vindaloo with tandoori-spiced cabbage on warm Naan taco with melted gooey cheese, with a classic Caesar salad with toasted Naan croutons, topped with grilled chicken tikka masala. We’ll have several options for every dietary need, from gluten free to vegetarian to Vegan to meat lovers (and a kids menu designed by parents who understand that children are not always wanting to try something new).

Each dish celebrates the cuisines of India X Mexico, and every bite is meant to WOW your taste buds.

Our location is 1020 South Perry St, just across the street from South Perry Pizza and Perry Street Brewery and a half block south of The Lantern, in a building that has been vacant for over 10 years (the old Hai’s Market, for those of you who knew Perry St ‘back then’). We have a ton of work to do on the building, but we’ve got an amazing team helping us create the perfect landing place for our restaurant. This cozy spot will seat 55 indoors with a full bar, and there’s an additional 1,200 sq ft patio that is adjacent to Grant Park where we’re creating a beautiful outdoor dining experience for the 5-6 warm months of the year.

Indicana is a collaboration between Chef Noreen Hiskey of Inland Curry and Chip Overstreet, former CEO of Spiceology (who has also been a long time customer and supporter of Inland Curry). We’ve been concepting Indicana since Feb 2023 and we had our first concept and menu tasting last April, but we’ve been patiently waiting for the right place to host this innovative food experience.

And we are hiring! First and foremost, we’re looking for an experienced front-of-the-house manager and/or general manager, a position that offers the potential for ownership in Indicana for the right person. Hi Curry friends!
Thank you for making our last regular scheduled Thursday at FEAST such a busy day & THANK YOU for being a part of our Inland Curry run these last 3 years! We have felt the love & support from this community more than we could have imagined and we will miss seeing your lovely faces regularly.

While this isn't exactly goodbye, it's a a temporary break and we hope to pop-up a few times in the upcoming months where possible. In the meantime, we are working hard to start a sister business with a permanent location which will feature some of the flavors we've shared with you at Inland Curry. We will continue to share our progress and details when we can, so expect the occasional email and follow us on our social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

Continue supporting FEAST World Kitchen as they do amazing things and introduce more chef programs that support the immigrant and refugee communities, all the while making the Spokane culinary scene more diverse and a lot more delicious!

It's Butter Chicken, Vegetable Korma & Dal Makhani on the menu. We will have our Indian style Paratha Tacos for lunch ONLY this Week-Pork Vindaloo Tacos and Channa Masala Tacos (Vegan adaptable).

It you have already ordered one of our Curry Kits- This Thursday is the day to come pick them up! If you haven't ordered a curry kit yet we'll be taking Pre-orders this week until Wednesday. These Curry kits are a great way  to keep your curry nights going after the end of the month.The Curry Kits are curry masala bases (with no meat, dairy or gluten) that are freezable and easy to finish with your choice of meat or vegetables, whenever you want a delicious family Curry Night. We also have a couple Dal options that freeze well & can just be reheated & eaten! The best part of it, is all kits will come with all the instructions you need to make it your own or just like Inland Curry’s. Each 16oz curry masala base  once prepared with meat/veg, will serve 4 people for a family dinner. So pre-order yours soon & Pick them up 8/31 (Thursday August 31st). We may have a limited quantity of them available for walk-ins.

Exactly 3 years ago....I took over the reigns of Inland Curry. It's been quite the ride cooking at every Thursday sharing my culture through its cuisine. Thank you to a community that welcomed us and supported us so well. From doing pre-orders and carryout dinners only to welcoming walk-ins, adding lunch to now patio and dine-in plus catering... it has been an amazing journey. And I speak for the whole team of Inland Curry we will miss it dearly.

It's sad to wrap up something that held such space in our lives for so many years. But it's not a permanent goodbye for now. While we actively work on our new business, and until that's up and running regularly, We hope to pop-up again as Inland Curry occasionally in the next few months to come. Stay tuned to this space or our page for updates, and of course, we'll keep you posted through our emails. Until then, come say hi today 8/24 and the next Thursday 8/31 at Feast.

Only 3 more Inland Curry Thursdays left at FEAST and it's Biryani on the menu 8/10! We'll be taking the following Thursday off and will be closed on 8/17, but we'll be back on 8/24 & 8/31 for our last two Inland Curry Thursdays at FEAST.

Since many of our regulars have asked how they can get their curry fix after August (when our rent agreement with Feast expires) and while we take a break to figure next steps, we are going to do CURRY KITS to keep the flavors of Inland Curry alive! We will be taking orders for these curry kits all through the month for pick up on our last day 8/31 (Thursday August 31st). 

These Curry Kits are curry masala bases (with no meat, dairy or gluten) that are freezable and easy to finish with your choice of meat or vegetables, whenever you want for a delicious family Curry Night. We also have a couple Dal options that freeze well & can just be reheated & eaten! The best part of it is all kits will come with all the instructions you need to make it your own or just like Inland Curry’s. Each 16oz curry masala base is 16oz - once prepared with meat/veg will serve 4 people for a family dinner. So pre-order yours soon! 

On the Menu this week is are our Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani & Vegetable Biryani. It's a complete one dish wonder meal that we make in the  most traditional way and is a labor of love. 

For lunch we'll have all 3 types of Indian Style Paratha Tacos again! Don't forget to add on some crispy and addictive onion Pakoras, then wash it all down with our Chai ginger sodas or our customer favorite- Mango Lassi.

We've been overwhelmed with the response to our Indian style Paratha Tacos and so we're featuring all three for lunch AND dinner this Week- Chicken Tikka Tacos, Pork Vindaloo Tacos and Channa Masala Tacos (Vegan adaptable).

On the Curry Menu this week is are Chicken. Saag Masala & Mutter Paneer for our vegetarian friends. Offered in 16oz Curry only (family style) option or as a Dinner Bowl which comes served over rice w/ green chutney slaw and a side of dal. 

Don't forget to add on Flaky parathas and Jeera rice, then wash it all down with our Chai ginger sodas or our customer favorite- Mango Lassi.

We had fun at the Perry Farmer's Market last week! It was challenging cooking at both locations on the same day, but the Inland Curry Team is amazing and we did it! We have only 5 more Inland Curry Thursdays left at FEAST. We're currently working on a new restaurant concept (a separate business but with the same team) and hope to have news of a permanent location to share soon. In the meantime, we hope you'll come support us for your Curry fix at Feast World Kitchen before we move on!

On the Menu this week is a new Coconut Chicken Curry, Kheema Masala Paratha Meals, A nutty green Moong Dal and creamy potato- Aloo Saag.

For lunch  we'll have our Indian Style Taco's in a flaky paratha - Two Options- a Chicken Tikka Tacos, & Vegan Channa Masala, along with our Lunch Curry bowls.

Don't forget to add on Flaky parathas and Jeera rice, then wash it all down with our Chai ginger sodas or our customer favorite- Mango Lassi.

We have a double whammy week- not only will we be at Feast World Kitchen as usual (11am-2pm & 4pm-7pm) , but we will also be at the South Perry Thursday Farmer's Market (3pm-7pm) on July 20th.

We're going with a menu of classics for the week with Murgh Makhani (a.k.a Butter Chicken), A vegan Vegetable Korma & at Feast a Beef Rogan Gosht (dinner only)

For lunch & the Market we'll have our Indian Style Taco's in a flaky paratha - Two Options- a Pulled Pork Vindaloo, & Vegan Channa Masala.

Don't forget to add on Flaky parathas and Jeera rice, then wash it all down with our Chai ginger sodas or our customer favorite- Mango Lassi.

Hi Curry friends!
The much loved Indian Style Taco's in a flaky paratha are back for lunch- Two Options- a Pulled Pork Vindaloo, & Vegan Channa Masala.

We're grilling up some Tandoori chicken meals this week and we also have some delicious Dal Gosht (Beef and lentils) and Vegetable Jalfrezi  curry options for our vegan friends

Don't forget to add on Flaky parathas and Jeera rice, then wash it all down with our Chai ginger sodas or our customer favorite- Mango Lassi.

Pre-ordering really helps us gauge quantities that we'll need for the day (as we only cook and sell for one day...it helps us plan to serve everyone without wasting food). If you don't get a pre-order in we will have plenty enough for everyone who walks in to order too. Either way we hope to see your lovely faces this THURSDAY!

Hi Curry friends!
It's that time new week...and we have a new menu drop for Thursday, July 6th!
For lunch, we're hitting it up with Indian Style Tacos in a flaky paratha- our popular pulled pork Vindaloo,  & Vegan Channa Masala.

We're heading down to the southern coast of India with my mom’s Sunday special recipe of Mangalorean Kori Gassi - chicken stew cooked in a delicately (but uber flavorful) spiced creamy coconut milk curry, topped with tempered onions. Also on the menu is the a Goan Vegetable Xacuti- It is a rich blend of a whole lot of spices and fresh coconut. To round it out, we have a creamy Coconut Dal.

We have a Rose flavored dessert drink- Rose Falooda.  But also, don't forget to add on Flaky parathas and Jeera rice, then wash it all down with our Chai ginger sodas or our customer favorite- Mango Lassi.

Hi Curry friends!
It's that time of the week again...and we have a new menu drop for Thursday 29th!
For lunch we're hitting it up with Indian Style Taco's in a flaky paratha- Our popular Pulled Pork Vindaloo,  & Vegan Channa Masala.

We have a special vegetarian meal - A Mumbai Street food favorite- Pav Bhaji. It's a delicious tangy mash up for a lot vegetables topped with butter, garnishes & with served with buttery toasted bread rolls to sop it up. It's delicious!

Also on the menu is a new Lemon Coriander Chicken Curry- a lighter homestyle curry that still packs a punch of flavor. It's bright lemony and herby. Also on the menu is vegan favorite- Ragda Chaat.

Add on a Corn Chaat- Indian street style Bhutta, Flaky parathas and Jeera rice, then wash it all down withour Chai ginger sodas or our customer favorite- Mango Lassi and add on a Coconut lime Panna Cotta w/ spicy pineapple topping.
