Chef Wingate will treat you to an upscale blend of European techniques with Asian flavors and ingredients from the Pacific Northwest. Reviewers and diners consistently rave about the Sesame Seed Seared Yellow Fin Tuna (pictured above left) served with red curry coconut sauce, Tempura asparagus, sugarcane-mustard drizzle and coconut-jasmine rice.
