Hey there Spokane... it is a beautiful Monday evening, and I wanted to share what we have planned for tomorrow morning at the donut shop.

First up, are the buttermilk bars... they have buttermilk in them, and are shaped like a bar. Tomorrow Garret is making them five ways...

Huckleberry

We will also have Rachel's specialty... cinnamon rolls... which gave recently become a staple on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The Rocky Road Rings will also be available... I've also made some more of the "Pistachio Crisp" rings for you... in case you wanted to give that one a try.

Lastly, is a party🥳... we are going to make the Fluffy Bars... aka whipped maple bars. With toppings...

Happy Friday Spokane! I hope you’ve been able to enjoy our recent streak of summer weather… or were able to avoid it. (Depending on your personal opinion of summer heat.😉) Now, I’ve been on a hot streak (pun intended) with posting… three whole days in a row. 🤪

Don’t worry, I already tried to pat myself on the back, but I heard my back make a “pop” sound. So I stopped trying. Now, as promised… I’ve got another surprise for tomorrow morning. 🤫

However, before I get into that I wanted to you in on my plans for tomorrow morning… and I’m going to start with the regular lineup from Saturday mornings… don’t worry, I’ve got some razzle dazzle planned for you.

First up are the Buttermilk Bars… and tomorrow you’ll be able to choose from the following flavors…
Glazed
Chocolate
Maple-Cinnamon Crumb
Huckleberry
Ube
Orange

Next up, are the Cheeseburgers… they seem like they need to be the Saturday Staple for July… since it’s officially, the unofficial “grilling season”. I think that made sense. 😬🤷‍♂️ They are a glazed donut with chocolate, and vanilla buttercream on the inside to make it look as much like a cheeseburger as possible.

Rocky Road Rings are the July daily special donut… they’ve got marshmallow… they’ve got almonds… they’ve got chocolate… and they have the cutest little ice cream cone too. 😍

Huckleberry fritters will also be ready at 5am sharp, or you could choose the classic apple cinnamon if your not a fan of huckleberries, or huckleberry like things.

After that, are the S’mores rings… you asked, and I’m going to deliver… s’mores rings are back again… surprise! That’s right since I’m all about the seasons in this post… it’s also S’mores season… is it legal to have grilling season, and s’more season both mentioned in a single post? 🤔 I don’t know, but I’m going to risk it for all out there in Facebookland.🤣

Hey there Spokane, and surrounding areas. I think I’m back in the saddle… I’ve got the whole week planned out, and I can’t wait to share what we have planned out. I’m going to keep some secrets for as long as I possibly can… which is probably only like 3 days. However, let’s start with my plans for Friday donuts… Here. We. Go.

Before I get into the donut news I should let you all know that we have temporary behind the scenes changes. Normally, my amazing production team M&M would be doing a large part of our production. However, they are going on a well-deserved vacation to visit family. So Rachel and I are going to shift, and cover their portion of the overnight production… on to the donut news.

First up, is the first minor surprise of the week… I’m going to be changing the fritter selection for Friday morning. It will be a very rare opportunity to get our huckleberry fritters (Pictured Below) on a weekday! 🥳 They will be ready to go at 5am.

Secondly, are the Devil’s Food Cake… you’ll be getting three options tomorrow.

Thirdly, are the gluten friendly… aka Gluten Free donuts that come into contact with gluten throughout the production process. Not recommended for anyone with a serious gluten allergy.
