Part time Shift Leader Wanted. Lead and deploy team with primary focus on excellence in guest service. Prepare for and recover from rushes with focus on keeping fresh products available for guests to serve themselves. Provide guests with greeting, guidance, genuine connection, a gift, and a grateful "goodbye." Manage all aspects of business in owner's absence, including sales, service, froyo cake building and decorating (will train), cash reconciliation, yogurt machine maintenance, inventory control, and supervision over all closing procedures. Also responsible for opening store one day per week.
