Behind the food, the hospitality, the packed dining rooms and the smiles are real people — and too often, real struggles that no one sees.

On Monday, August 24, we’re closing Steelhead Bar & Grille to the public for something incredibly important: SAFETY MEETING, a one-night-only benefit dinner created and curated by Chef Logan Maus in support of Big Table Spokane + NAMI.

Seven French-inspired courses. 35 seats. One table brought together to take care of the people who spend their lives taking care of others.

🎟️ $100 per seat | Only 35 seats available

Proceeds go directly to Big Table Spokane and NAMI, supporting mental health, crisis care, stability and resources for people in our hospitality community and beyond.

And when we say this dinner is for the cause, we mean it: our entire staff and service team is volunteering their time, and the products for the evening have been donated.

When our community hurts, we hurt with it. 🤍

In the wake of the devastating fires impacting families and neighborhoods throughout the Spokane area, we’re coming together to help.

Through September 1, 2026, guests at our restaurants will have the opportunity to add a donation at checkout benefiting Innovia Foundation’s Spokane Complex Wildfire Response Fund — helping support local recovery efforts and neighbors directly impacted by the fires.

Every dollar matters. Whether it’s $1, $3, $5 or more, small acts of generosity become something much bigger when an entire community gives together.

Our restaurant family will be giving alongside you because Spokane isn’t just where we do business — it’s home. These are our neighbors, our friends, our employees, our guests and our community.

If you’re able to give, simply let your server know you’d like to add a donation to your check between now and September 1.

Smoked Steelhead, served with cream cheese & a toasted crostini

MAY 11-17: STEELBURGER 🍔
Our own hand pressed patty with cheese, bacon, grilled onion, lettuce, tomato, and dill pickle chips + fries.
