Thank you all for blessing us with 16+ years!!!❤️❤️
Thank you all for blessing us with 16+ years!!!❤️❤️
It’s been about two months since our “stay at home” issue was first ordered.. as we move to phase 2 of reopening Spokane, restaurants are now allowed to operate at half capacity. Our family has gone back and forth about how we plan to proceed in the weeks and months to follow, and have decided that for the time being, opening up our dining area is just not feasible. Because of the square footage in our restaurant, we would be limited to about 4 tables. We miss our daily interactions with each and every one of you tremendously, but we hope you understand that with our small family business, our top priority is to continue to keep everyone safe and happy with full bellies. At this time, we will continue to fulfill as many take out orders as we can throughout the night, and will plan for opening up our dining area again in the near future. Thank you again, for continuing to support us and for showing us an outpouring of love each and every night. We hope that you have felt the same from us and can’t wait until we can start sharing laughter and smiles together again. ♥️
* Guys, seriously! You outdo yourselves every time!! 🥰 Thank you for understanding our decision on this and for supporting us. We understand that many of you are anxious to get back out and enjoy yourselves and that we may lose business or customers to those who are wanting to dine out again, but we are always looking out for the safety and health of others as well as our little guys at home. Caring for our family means caring for yours as well, as we are all connected, and we are truly blessed to be in this together. 🤟🏼
Ok, seriously, what day is it? I swear we’ve been living through a real life “Groundhog’s Day” movie marathon. Last week I heard Colton in the kitchen saying, “Alexa, what day is it?” 🤪 But in all seriousness, I think we’ve all learned how to adjust to our new normal for the time being.
Every year we open our doors to celebrate our Moms and this year will be no different. Mother’s Day is the only Sunday out of the year that we’re open and we’ll be here for you again for your take out orders from 4-7.
We are so grateful that you guys have continued to support us and put your trust in us to provide fresh meals for your family. There’s no way we’d still be here without you. Thank you to our sweet customers who place weekly orders just to keep us afloat, to those who are new customers wanting to support local businesses, and to those who message simply to say hi or check in. We are thinking of you too! Seriously, our hearts are full because of the friendships we’ve built throughout the years. Our Taste of Thai family will always extend to each and every one of you. ♥️
When you’re stuck isolated with the boys, and the younger one gets carried away with the markers, you turn him into Dad.. because, why not? 🧔🏻👦🏻
Happy Thai Tuesday guys!! 🤪
- August, almost 3
We cannot put into words how thankful we are to have your support during this uncertain time. Every single one of you has a place deep within our hearts!
Sixteen years ago, we didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into. We all had our regular 9-5 jobs until one day Mom invited me to have dinner at “A Taste of Thai.” Next thing I know, we’re the new owners of this restaurant.. still confused, knowing nothing about the restaurant business, I had no interest in investing any of my time or effort into my Mom’s dream. After becoming a Dad, everything changed. I then started to see, her dream was for our future, right down to the grandkids. From then, my life changed completely. My mentality was to become the best version of myself, no filter. I started to believe in us and began trusting the process. I owe her everything and I can’t be more grateful for “the restaurant life.”
So, super long story made short.. I cannot thank you enough for becoming a part of our family. Thank you! Thank you for all of these great years and for believing in us also! We wouldn’t be able to do this without the best community!!! ❤️❤️❤️
What in the world would we do without you!!! The support and love is real! Thank you for the support!!!!!! My advice to everyone... take care of people and be selfless! Love makes the world go round!!! Thanks again family!!!
Take out services are in full effect at our establishment. We cannot even begin to thank our community enough for allowing us to continue serving you during this time. Our boys are grateful. ♥️
As we work our way through this, please be patient when calling to place orders. Our hands are freed tremendously since we no longer have guests in house to serve, but phone calls are taking longer as Michael is doing his best to gather information for curbside service.
We love each and every one of you SO MUCH and know that together, we’ll get through this. Our community is strong, and we will be here for you through it all. 🤜🏼♥️🤛🏼
UPDATE: Governor Inslee has just implemented a statewide shutdown of restaurants so it looks like our plans to execute takeout only are now in place.
Starting Monday, 3/16, we are extending our hours from 4-9, Monday-Saturday. We are overwhelmed with the amount of love and support that you all have shown us. ♥️
First, we’d like to start off by thanking our awesome community for keeping our small restaurant in business. We chose to believe that we have created lasting friendships with many of you, and in our eyes, you are so much more than just customers. With that said, we can’t thank you enough for continuing to support us over the last week as health concerns arise. We feel so blessed.
With confirmation of the Corona Virus here among us, we have spent a great amount of time debating on the safest course of action to keep everyone safe and healthy and are taking all necessary precautions to make that happen. At this time, we are discussing the idea of closing down our dining area and limiting our restaurant operations to takeout only to help limit the spread and exposure of the Corona Virus. When at all possible, Michael would extend this limited exposure, by providing drive up services. In an effort to serve as many people as possible, we would also extend our hours from 4-9.
We are dedicated to providing your family with great food and we hope that if these changes are made, your family will feel confident in knowing that we are doing everything we can to keep everyone safe and healthy as that is our top priority. We will update you with a decision as soon as one is made.
We thank you again, from the bottom of our hearts, as the coming weeks to follow are uncertain for small businesses like ours. ♥️

Seng and Homer
Michael and Kia
and a ridiculous number of boys 🤪
No matter how rough of a day, week and sometimes month I’m having... this takes the cake. Someone left me a can of fix-a-flat on my hood, knowing I would get off late and have to deal with this after a long night. There aren’t many people/families out there who have the heart and kindness to do things that benefit others. I am truly blessed! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Happy Mother’s Day to all of the amazing mom’s out there. We hope you are enjoying your day. ♥️
Mother’s Day is the only Sunday that we are open out of the year! We hope to see you in tonight. We will open at our usual 4:30 and close at 8:30 or as soon as the place clears out, whichever comes first. 😉
Thank you everyone for your patronage. Your loyalty means the world to us! 😀
We will be open this Sunday for Mother’s Day for dinner at 4:30-8:30. We hope to see you in!
We were so close to getting our fan/exhaust fixed for the night but it looks like we won’t be able to reopen until tomorrow. We do apologize and look forward to seeing you all soon! 😉
Hello everyone! Sorry, but we have to close down for the night due to a fan and exhaust breakdown..again. On that note, can someone refer me to a someone that repairs exhaust fans and hoods/duct? Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.
We will be closed next week, Monday 4/15 through Wednesday 4/17, and will reopen for normal business hours on Thursday 4/18. Make sure to get your Thai fix in this weekend. See you guys soon! 😉
So excited to announce that Mullein Jane and Jeff Oien are our $25 raffle ticket winners this month. 😬 See you guys soon. 😉
Can you believe it’s the final day of the year?! We are so humbled by the love and support from each and every one of you who show up week after week. Next month will mark our 15th year in business, and we are truly grateful for the best customers any business could ever have. Thank you for all that you have done, and all that you continue to do for us. ♥️ What an awesome community to be a part of!
We will be open for regular dinner hours tonight, 4:30-8:30, and will close tomorrow for New Year’s Day. We wish all of you a happy new year full of love, health, and happiness.
- A Taste of Thai
Hey everyone, we (mom) decided that we are open tonight till 7PM 🎄🎄🎄
We would like to congratulate Robin H. and Daniel F. who were our raffle ticket winners for this month’s $25 gift certificate. We often forget to pass out tickets because of how busy we get so be sure to ask for a ticket the next time you are in. 😉
We will also be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to spend some much needed time with our boys and our family. ♥️ We can’t thank all of you enough for supporting our small business and showing up night after night despite the craziness. We definitely feel loved and hope you feel the same every time you step into our restaurant. Wishing all of you the very best during this holiday season. 💙💚
Chicken fried rice. Seriously always end up with this dish when I can’t decide on what to eat. 🤤 Never gets boring. 👍🏽
Last night we had one of our regulars come through and place an order to go. Despite a wait, she sat down to enjoy a beer and shared with me a personal story that she is currently going through. As owners of a restaurant, we often see the good, and the bad, that customers have to offer especially when there is a wait involved, but having customers like this special woman come through year after year reminds us of why and how we stay in business. We don’t just serve dinner and drinks, we create friends along the way. ♥️
Happy Halloween, from the boys who run the show. 🎃 👻
Have you tried our coconut milk soup yet? With the colder weather coming in, now is a perfect time to try it if you haven’t. It is full of sweet and sour, coconut cream deliciousness. 🤤
New additions! 🍻
We’re back in action from vacay. What a busy night is was! We are definitely feeling the love. 😘
We’ve also had the names drawn for our raffle since last weekend but decided not to post until we were back. This month our winners for the $25 gift certificates are Mike Jenkins and Cheryl Thomas. 👏🏼 Ask for your ticket next time you are in for your chance to win. 😉
Two of our favorites that we tend to always take home with us for dinner. Beef salad substituted with chicken and phad thai chicken with added vegetables. 😬
*Also, we will be closed next week on 8/20-8/24 (Monday-Friday) and will re-open on Saturday the 25th. 😉
Friday, Friday, Friday Friday, Friday, Saturday and closed Sunday.
And here we go.....
Cashew chicken. One of our customer favorites! Can’t beat the flavor in this dish. 🤤
Sorry, but if you live in Kansas and placed a take-out order, I can’t guarantee your food will be hot when you get back home.
Did you know that our spring rolls are rolled fresh daily? 🤩
If Thai tea isn’t your thing, try a Thai iced coffee the next time you’re in. 😉
A sweet Thai tea tastes pretty amazing on hot summer days. 😉
Even after all the years, I can honestly say we never get tired of the smell of chicken satay. 😬🤤
Congratulations to Julie Albright and John Christina! You are the winners to our monthly raffle for a $25 gift certificate. 😁 As always, THANK YOU to all of our AMAZING and LOYAL customers who continue to support our small business. 👍🏽
If we open at 4:30 does that mean I’m supposed to take your order at 4:12 and have it ready at 4:30?? 🤔🤔🤔
