Last day going to this coffee shop. Asked for a no foam latte & it had 2 inches of foam on it yet again. The batista then asked do you want me to remove the foam. Well duh that's how I ordered it. I will not be back

Liked this place tell today.
I’ve come a few times as my sister and a few friends drink here on the daily....
Stopped by with my husband today, only to have the lady mess up both of our drinks.(no big deal), she re made them.
When she remade my husbands she forgot the extra Carmel again, and when he told her she informed him she’ll give us “a cup of Carmel” that’s all. Smh.
Don’t know why she couldn’t remake it the way we ordered it, 2x already. 🙄 really annoyed. Will probably stick to my Dutch bro’s they aren’t ever rude and are always happy to remake somthing when THEY mess it up.

When spending time in the hospital gotta stay hydrated! Thank you Shotzy's Coffee and my wonderful husband James Scheller for hooking me with ice cold water all day!!

5. Let’s be honest, when this is all over, our souls and our heads will benefit from a trip to the salon... where better than our favorite one, CHURCH Salon! Cuts, colors, and confirmations... Corinne is the knees of the bees! Pro tip... best mullets in town! Call her up and buy a gift certificate for you, and for all Becky’s with the bad hair you know.

6. Finishing this week with coffee and food... and we are never shy about recommending Ambrosia Bistro and Wine Bar, Sams and Coffee, Shotzy's Coffee, and White Dog Coffee! All great people, all great establishments, serving incredible food and carefully and lovingly crafted coffee... all worth supporting as you can!

Is free doughnut Friday a thing still?!

I have a broken cup that I bought a week ago. It was broken when I purchased it and found out when I cleaned it the following night. I’ve talked to Trina about it but haven’t seen you(owner) to talk to you about it. I have coffee and water in between the 2 layers for the mug. You can see where its broken at the top. I’d like to know what can be done since I paid nearly $20 for a new but broken mug.

I wanted to send a message but there isn’t an option..
But normally I LOVE coming to shotzys! I’ve never had a bad drink since I’ve started coming there YEARS ago-however the other day, there was a newer gal (I think..I’d never seen her before) and we ordered 2-24oz pumpkin pie chai... they were absolutely AWFUL!! Sooooo sweet we had to throw them away. 😞 and I am far from picky. Even if it’s bad, I can usually still get through it just because I hate wasting anything.. but they were undrinkable.
I just wanted to let you know so hopefully no one else gets them like that.
Other than that... we love you guys!! Six shooters and your granitas are my FAVORITE!! ♥️
