Our Founder/Roaster Matthew Olsen started this coffee journey to have incredible coffee wherever he traveled. Whether is cowboy coffee, French press, single pour overs or our soon to be launched single serve coffee in sachets.

This Monday Breü Haus Coffee + Brewery 10am-12pm, come get our new product and try a new cold brew from our blonde roast.

Also available is a very nice coffee from Guatemala. This will be a limited release and will only be 60lbs available. Nerd time… this coffee is a Gesha variety which is a slow growing tree and a natural process after so it’s a very nice coffee to sit down and enjoy with great company. This coffee is a limited release and is very similar to Jamaican blue mountain from what I am told by a couple of my customers. The Jason Borne of coffees is what I say.

The roast of the month has been out. I was asked to make a “Blonde Roast” a while back it was challenging to get it just the way I wanted it.

What does one do when he thinks he has created a masterpiece? If your answer is he picks different origins and makes multiple blond roasts and blends from them, you would be correct.

Columbian and Ethiopian are the origins and this one in particular is my favorite to make a cold brew from. Bright, clean, crisp, lots of chocolate notes and the energy of a new born baby kangaroo. Click the link you do don’t have the subscription already and enjoy some amazing coffee.

Julys roast of the month was Summit Blend. This blend is a multiple process blend.

When I got it where I wanted it, I was deciding whether or not to launch it. This was a medium roast designed for an espresso option but it very quickly became a glorious all around coffee. Heavy of the chocolate herbal notes due to the light/medium roast Peru and Guatemala. Blended with another Peru Medium roast for a rich chocolate and nutty notes.
