We do not use bag lettuce! Our lettuce is cut fresh from heads daily. We are aware of recommendations. We will implement an extra wash and spin in our salad spinner for all vegetables. We have not had an issue. We will serve you fresh clean food.

With a heavy heart, our weekend proceeds will go to the Salazar family. Raul was the beginning of our steak nights, he trained our staff and provided excellent meals! I have shared some of those dishes below. He will be greatly missed. If you feel like donating, send directly to his mother. They sure could use it.
