Well we may not be open any more but I will be making Liver and Onions on Thursday July 7th. I have a couple people in Spencer already that want it, so let me know by noon tomorrow if you would like a plate as well. $10.00 cash only. No more orders sorry, I will be at The Lunchbox tomorrow at 10 am, so pick up there please till noon ! If you need a later time let me know but would like you to get them while hot !

Well it has been an interesting weekend so far ! Thank you all for the well wishes and kind words !! To those that keep asking why I didn't just fix what needed to be done.... I was renting the building I didn't own it. It is my opinion that the person who owns the building has no clue what needs to be done cause he was non existing since November !! The cracked windows should have been turned into his insurance without retribution of raising the rent ! The furnace is a 1952 model and won't make it another winter, (it doesn't even have a filter or place for one) not to mention the gas connector elbows in the basement all leak and need replaced (this was told to me by the Black Hills Energy man who came when I called after smelling gas) and passed on to the landord !! The side walls on the way down the basement stairs are buckling in, The fire suppression or ansel unit is outdated and needs replaced. The $300.00 fire extinguisher needs replaced. The plumbing under the 3 basin sink needs replaced , all this needs done before it will pass inspection. The hand washing sink needs to be properly plumbed. The bathroom sink leaks. The back door has almost rotted off it's hinges and there is no way to re attach it. (Snow came in around it last year) So the list goes on and on :( The flat top i have used for 2 years is the wrong size so the top drain does not align with the lower oil drawer and leads to build up under the flat top resulting in an occasional small crumb fire !! So I was forced to leave and stop my passion due to all this not being done !!

Well it is that time, all good things must come to an end :( Tomorrow will be The Lunchbox's last day of serving all the great people we have met in the last 2 years. We will once again be running off the menu with some extras thrown in !
