CHEERS TO 100 YEARS: CENTENNIAL CELEBRATION
We hope you plan to attend the upcoming Cheers to 100 Years: Centennial Celebration planned for this Saturday, August 15, 2026, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m., bringing together neighbors, families, and friends for an evening filled with entertainment, activities, and hometown pride.
Planned and organized by the Speedway Centennial Celebration Committee, Cheers to 100 Years is designed to celebrate the community that has called Speedway home for the past century while creating a new tradition for generations to come.

5 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Main Street, Speedway, Indiana
The evening will feature activities for all ages, including:
Games: 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Carousel Rides: 5 p.m. - 10:50 p.m.
Live Band: 6:30 p.m. - 11 p.m.
Fireworks: 10:30 p.m. - 10:45 p.m.

NOTICE OF STREET & PARKING LOT CLOSURES:
7 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.
All vehicles parked in the below-noted locations must be moved no later than 7 a.m. or vehicle will be towed at the owner's expense.
- Main Street BETWEEN Gilman and Ford will be closed to traffic & parking.
- SRC parking lot at 1068 N. Main (behind the War Memorial)
- SRC parking lot at 2024 N Main (south side of Charlie Brown’s)
"No Parking" signs will be posted in advance, and barricades will be put into place as the street and parking lots close.
Speedway Police Officers will be on site for street traffic control and public safety.
Street will reopen at approximately 11:30 p.m.
