This Saturday come to one of the biggest truck shows around. They have kids activities all day, Food Trucks, Music, Lazer Light Show and Firework. Do not forget about the amazing Trucks that get your produce to you. If it wasn't for these guys and gals we all wouldn't be able to do what we do. Also give these guys respect on the road.

Hot & Cold Big Rig Truck Show in Pratt, Kansas is the event we will be at Saturday. Looking forward to it. Hopefully get set up on Friday done early so I can go watch one of my grandsons play football. See everyone on Saturday.
Unfortunately though I have to back out of the Tired Iron show in Larned next weekend. I have to take my parents to the doctor. My dad had knee replacement surgery. While we were taking him into the surgery center my mom fell in the parking lot and fractured her left leg below the knee . I have people watching them this weekend. It's my responsibility though to do my part also. Hope to see everyone in Pratt this Saturday. Can you Smell Whats Cookin' .

Here is a show we will be at in 2 weeks. I think this will be my 6th year at it. I always enjoy it and the hospitality is great. Hopefully this year will last longer for me. Will be bringing some extra with me this year. They ran me out early last year. Come out and enjoy the Hot & Cold Big Rig Truck Show in Pratt, Kansas .

No pictures but had 2 smokers going last night. One had 14 pork butts in it. The other one had 10 20lb briskets. Finished up cutting the briskets and pulling the pork butts around noon today. Then I took a power nap and cleaned up the pans and trailer. Now watch some college football.

Here is the video of the two playing in the water puddle. After I quit videoing the little guy tripped and went skidding through the water puddle. I think Mom was more worried about it than he was. They took his shirt off and away he went again. That looked like fun to me. I think that is Grandma in the video with them.

A few pics of the scenes yesterday in Kinsley. Friday night turned out nice after the sun went down. It cooled off a tad to make it enjoyable. I served till 11:30 Friday night. Cleaned things up. Went to bed for 2 hours then started Saturday goodies. Saturday was hot for part of the day then a rain shower came through and made it nice. I am going to post a video of two little ones playing in the water. Keep an eye open for that. I was sold out on Saturday night. Will be looking forward to the next KHS reunion. Was a fun weekend. I will be off now till September 26th. We will be doing an auction in Dodge City. Until then can you Smell Whats Cookin' .

That was interesting. The first pic shows the temp inside my trailer. The second one is after the rain came through. The third is my temp in the trailer now. Ok Kinsley people don't let a little rain shower ruin a good party plus it cooled the temp off a bunch. . The band has shown up also. Come on down to the park and get you some award winning BBQ. I have one pan of brisket. 2 pans of pulled pork, tators, a few beans, some Mac n cheese plus nacho cheese. Can you Smell Whats Cookin' .
