Every great lasagna starts with a great sauce. Ours is no exception. We make our Ragu Bolognese from scratch with ground wild game, ham, fresh vegetables, tomato paste, beef stock, red wine, our secret blend of herbs and lots of fresh parsley. Simmer for an hour to bring it altogether……and voila! Antuñez Lasagna Sauce! Lasagnas are available to purchase in our Marketside Freezer.

To make our Mud Pies, we first start by making our Olive Oil Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (available for purchase in our Market), bake the cookie, then crumble them in the blender. We then layer those with fudge and caramel sauce, coffee Ice cream, homemade whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings. If you haven’t tried one yet, this may be your sign. These are available to enjoy in the restaurant and are also available to-go in our Marketside Ice cream freezer!

Did you know we hand pluck and chop all our fresh basil for our Pinsas? Wait, what’s a Pinsa? Did you misspell pizza? lol, no, Pinsa is a very old Roman style “pizza crust.” It’s a high hydration pizza dough that yields a wonderfully unique crust that is PERFECT for the pizzas we wanted to bring to the community. So, Pinsas they are! We have 4 kinds available, all named after characters from the movie Gladiator: Maximus, Lucilla, Commodus and Marcus Aurelius. Pick some up today for this weekend!
