Yes, it's 605 Day in South Dakota!

Which means that it's also the Anniversary of the opening of Lasagna Mountain, three years ago, on June 5, 2023!

I hope you'll join me in celebrating this milestone today!

The restaurant will open at 5pm, and kicking off the Summer hours -- it will stay open until 9pm!

Lots of Lasagna, other Pastas, salads, breads, and desserts!

Good times! Fun! And of course- the kind of chit chat you've come to expect when you visit me at work!

And once more- please allow me to give a huge Thank You to every single one of you!

It is only because of you, that any of this is possible!

We're celebrating the restaurant today, but tonight, I celebrate you!

Three years! Wowwwwwww!

Yes, Friday 6/05 June fifth, 2026,
will be the third anniversary
of Lasagna Mountain!

I have to admit, I'm really excited and proud that this little restaurant with such humble beginnings, has made it to the 3-year mark!

You're all invited to come and celebrate with me, starting on Friday, and going all weekend. There are going to be lots of awesome new things happening in June, too, so keep an eye on this FB page for updates, and some eye-popping surprises along the way!

As always- I thank you -each and every one of you, for your ongoing kindness and support here!

Running a restaurant by myself can be very challenging, and sometimes a bit overwhelming!

So having friends and neighbors and loved ones to encourage me and keep me going, has been a big part of the energy that brings me to this major milestone!!!
