To celebrate the big 2-5-0, we didn’t just want to slap a flag on a bag. We wanted to roast a coffee that actually represents what makes this country great: taking totally different elements and blending them into something incredible.
Meet our limited-edition Liberty & Legacy Blend—a medium roast mashup of two powerhouse origins from opposite sides of the world:

🇭🇳 Honduras: Bringing those rich, smooth, “I-need-a-giant-mug-of-this-now” chocolate and nutty vibes.
🇵🇬 Papua New Guinea: Adding a wild, volcanic spark of crisp apple and subtle spice to keep things interesting.
Separately? They’re great. Blended together? Absolutely unbeatable. It’s smooth, complex, and goes down way too easily.

☕ What it tastes like: Imagine a slice of apple pie alongside a rich, chocolatey mocha. Yeah, it’s that good.
