Proc's Kitchen Family! We will be in Spartanburg tomorrow, Saturday July 11th from 10am-2pm, at a Block Party hosted by Botanical Brew!!!

⭐️Proc's Kitchen Family, we have been quiet, but all for good reasons!

⭐️Wanted to hop on here and tell you all “Thank You” for your patience and understanding!

⭐️I was able to knock out my 5 summer classes locked in and focused! It’s definitely been a sacrifice, but one we’ll be able to look back on and say it was well worth it!

⭐️I also finished out last semester with a 4.0 and made the President’s List!🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

⭐️We’ve definitely had some ups as well as some downs, but grateful through it all!!!

⭐️And guess what else….We won in the section of “Honorable Mention” in “Best Of South Carolina 2026” for Events and Catering! We’ll be ordering our plaque soon! Special Thank you to whomever nominated us for this category, this is truly a Blessing to us and lets us know we are on the right path! We didn’t push the votes out to you all, it came at a time where we just had to keep our head down and stay focused!!!

⭐️2 more weeks and we’ll be ready to set back up!

⭐️We will be set up at a Block Party Event held by Botanical Brew off of Reidville Road this Saturday! Will post details tomorrow!

✨Proc's Kitchen Family, we certainly miss you guys!!! Can’t wait to get back to serving you all!

✨One thing we’ve learned in the Business arena is you have to be prepared to pivot and remain optimistic! What we thought our journey was going to look like, has been totally opposite! But we wouldn’t trade the journey for nothing! We have learned so much, that we can give back and share our journey to the next entrepreneur that’s ready to step out! Help you avoid some hurdles!

✨ You have to be smart with decisions, equipped with some tough skin, and remain locked in! Know your Vision! Know your Why!

✨We needed this downtime for a few reasons! My family has supported me with finishing out my Culinary Degree and this summer semester has been the glue that holds everything together in this “Chef World”!

✨One of my Favorite lines is “Sometimes you have to be slowed down, in order to speed up”! You can’t look at everything as a hindrance, somethings are a stepping stone to something greater!

✨And if you don’t know what patience is, you’ll learn it! Know that there’s always a solution to the problem!

✨We will be back rolling soon, let me knock out these last few weeks in school for the summer! I’m not wasting my time, my family time, nor our customers time!

✨ We are still doing a few events that we already had on our calendar for the year, and a few catering events! We appreciate each and every one of you as always!

✨Homebase, we have a new “Homebase” coming along!!!

✨Major “Shout out” to AP Construction & Concrete LLC for the “Excellent Service” they provided us!!!

✨If you need any of the services listed on their card, don’t hesitate to reach out to them, you won’t be disappointed!!! Highly Recommended!

✨The Owner has been faithful coming to grab our Beef Hot Dogs w/ “Proc’s Freshmade Chili”, Coleslaw, and Mac and Cheese!!!

✨We are 5 minutes away from our original Homebase!

✨This next Homebase is Truly Home to us, been in the Family for over 40 years we’ll be giving Background History in the days to come!!!

✨We can’t wait to serve you all….Stay Tuned!!!

Come out tomorrow to help Celebrate with Carolina Foothills on achieving them earning the Juntos Avanzamos designation from Inclusiv, a non-profit organization that promotes community development and financial inclusion through credit unions!! This award highlights their service for Hispanic and Spanish-speaking members!!!
