A Heartfelt Farewell from Sparta Hot Spot & Cannon Plaza; to our wonderful community,
After an incredible journey, we are writing to share some bittersweet news. Sparta Hot Spot and Cannon Plaza will be officially closing our doors on April 4th. As part of this transition, we are no longer serving food other than toasted bagels, but we are dedicated to making our final month a celebration of the vendors and neighbors who made this space special.
Our local vendors in the market still have many treasures available, and many are running sales to clear their booths before we close. We would love for you to stop by one last time this month to support these small businesses and find something unique.

Final Day: April 4th
Current Hours: 8am–5pm
Closed: Sundays & Tuesdays
Thank you for being part of our story. Let’s make this last month a great one!

The fully restored building will be available to purchase, keep your eyes open for that.
In the mean time we'll also be researching other business possibilities that fills Sparta's needs better.
