Although we have Oktoberfest Race Weekend on our minds, we are extremely excited to announce this. After Oktoberfest, we will be cooking on some weekends and have a place for people to sit. Yes, an actual restaurant where you can enjoy a variety of our smoked foods, cheese curds, and a long lost of other foods.

This will also allow us to also expand our food trailer and get a better license. Which in return will allow us to setup anywhere we want to. As much as we love hearing about our food and how good it is. I can't wait to finally have a place for people to actually sit and enjoy their food.

Not only our smoked foods, but we have a variety of foods such as Alfredo with our own homemade sauce. A bigger selection of appetizers, other sides, and some desserts.

We will have more news and the location coming out after Oktoberfest.

As we get closer to Oktoberfest races. We are gearing up our wonderful foods again just for you. Here is a look at some of our foods we will be serving. We are still located by the flag pole and kiddy corner of the exhibition hall.

Last day for Mississippi Mayhem. From 9am-10pm we will be serving.
Lots of stuff to do today at the speedway. All day events going on with bands going on tonight. And also don't forget the races tonight. Let's all cheer on the mini vans tonight with this being the last race for the season. We have 2 drivers we're cheering on tonight. One being Matthew Parent as he goes after championship tonight leading by only 5 points. Second Marshall Reinhart as he's in 5th in points.

We're at Mississippi Mayhem today and tomorrow. We're here until 10 p.m. tonight, and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. It's $15 at the gate, so come by and grab a bite. It's at the La Crosse Fairgrounds in West Salem.

One week from today!

Double Barrel Bar -Holiday Lodge Resort will be hosting a benefit for the Helming Family, in memory of Gus Helming.

The benefit will be held on Saturday, May 30 from 4-8pm, featuring dinner, a silent auction, and raffle basket giveaways. SHOCK Pocket will be playing at the venue Saturday evening, beginning at 7:30pm.
