A huge, heartfelt apology to Nadia M.—your meal of Egg and Garlic Fried Rice topped with a Thai Fried Egg and Crab Cheese Puffs was freshly cooked and ready to go. We feel so bad that it couldn’t reach you. Thank you for your understanding! 🚚💔

Your health and safety are always our top priority! 🍀🍃🛡️✨ We passed all health inspections and received our official permit from the Northern Nevada Public Health department even before we opened our doors.

While we don‘t talk about it every day, you can find our permit proudly displayed right on the front of our truck (next to serving window). Every dish we cook is prepared with high standards, clean equipment, and fresh ingredients so you can enjoy your meal with total peace of mind. 🚚❤️💨
