MI GENTE, a little weekend update 🖤

Cabo Rojo will be closed for our regular Reno weekend release this week, August 29-30

But the cocina isn't exactly taking the weekend off

I'm stepping away from regular service so I can fully go into production for Montaña y Mar, the next My Table by Chef J. Anthony experience happening Monday night at The Jesse.

This dinner is incredibly important to me, and instead of splitting myself between weekend orders and Monday's table, I want to give it the time, preparation and attention it deserves.

And then... Cabo comes right back.🔥

Puerto Rican Spaghetti
A Puerto Rican comfort classic with a Cabo Rojo twist. Sweet, savory, just the right amount of heat, tossed with tender stewed chicken in a rich island-style sauce.

And just like that... 🇵🇷🇨🇺✨ The Havana Menu has officially sailed into the sunset

Crispy Tostones Reggaeton to slow braised Ropa Vieja, smoky Pinchos, creamy Arroz con Dulce, and plenty of Coco Rico to wash it all down... y'all showed up. ❤️

Thank you for every preorder, every tag, every message, every recommendation, and every familiar face at pickup. Watching this little weekend tradition grow is something I'll never take for granted.
