My favorite part of baking is being a part of someone's special day. This was a last minute request, which gave me little time for the extra KM Macaron touches (think sparkle) - BUT, I do LOVE how these turned out!!

When we started this journey. I was eating Reese's pieces just trying to stay sober. Then the brain injury, then the deep dive into the making of shiny colorful bonbons. Just trying to stay busy, sober and heal. Never in my wildest dreams would I ever think we would be on a list to be considered amongst the best in the Valley!
