In this collection of beverages, you’ll find yourself in your mother’s vegetable, the woods behind your house, the rural hills in your town. With notes inspired by preserved forage, the fireside, & the last remaining berries, you can expect both warming, comforting flavors and a presentation as rich in color as an autumnal sunset.
Inspired from the novel by French author, Colette, “A Remembered Garden” captures vignettes of her childhood home in Burgundy. Home sees every phase of life, the good and the bad, like the dichotomy of autumn: the harvest, the sun, the colors / the things that fade, the exposed branches, the storms, the turning of pages.
