From concept, menu, financing, real estate, leasing, operations, management, marketing to budgeting, bookkeeping, and partnerships, I teach, coach, and share all the ingredients that make for a successful and profitable restaurant. I understand the details of ownership and operations and can find and correct the mishaps. In the restaurant business, where profit margins are too slim to permit mistakes, even what seems to be the smallest of changes can lead to success or failure.
