Mario's Philly Cheese Steaks is named after my son Mario who was born August 28th 1983. The Bros was added for my sons Marco and Paul. We started out with two Delis in Tacoma and closed them in 1986 and started doing the Oregon Country Fair outside Eugene it is one of a kind Arts, Crafts, Food and Music Festivals. A few years after that we realized we have a unique way of making Phillys and started doing music festival around Washington and the Oregon. We use Sirloin Steak, Provolone Cheese, and special ingredients on a very special roll that taste great and does not turn to mush. We pride ourselves on the sandwich and have been huge hits with the Taste Of Tacoma and Oregon Country Fair.
