What a night! HUGE thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate with us last night!
We are so incredibly lucky to be surrounded by such a passionate, generous, and lively community. Seeing so many amazing faces come together to support Camp Beachcliff reminded us why we love doing what we do right here in Southwest Harbor.
A massive, extra-special shoutout to all of our incredible super hosts who poured their hearts (and energy!) into making the evening completely unforgettable. You brought the magic, seamless vibes, and top-tier hospitality that made the night so special.
From all of us at Vacationland Coffee Roasters, thank you for bringing the warmth, the laughs, and the amazing energy. We’re still buzzing! ☕✨

A big shout-out to our good friends and Jersey big ballers for bringing us something truly special to work with!
STRAIGHT OUT OF JERSEY!
You know the drill. We’re droppin’ knowledge (and a brand-new special) tomorrow!
🥪 The Setup
The Main Event: Thinly sliced pork roll (because you know what’s good)
The Stack: Melted white cheddar layered high with a fried egg (cooked to your perfection)
The Kick: A side of horseradish and roasted garlic aioli (for when you need to bring the noise)
The Freshness: Juicy sliced tomatoes, peppery arugula, and tangy dilly beans for the accoutrements (because we fancy like that)
This sandwich is comin’ correct!! Don’t sleep on this one, or you’ll be singing “Boyz-n-the-Hood” while your stomach rumbles.
