Brewed up 5 gallons of dark brown, Chocolate Milk Stout. I added real Cacao nibs in the boil and also in the tincture the beer will age on. This beer has Lactose in it. Yeast can’t eat Lactose so it’s residual sweetness will remain to sweeten the Chocolate!

Lillie and Lou’s Panque Rose was ready to rack off the lees. I added Potassium Sorbate and Potassium Metabisulfite before I hit it with Super Kleer!

Alabama snow day, so I opened a bottle of seven year old Mead! This is one of the first fermentation’s I ever did. My Mom brought some Mead back from Ireland. I Googled it and the next thing I knew, I was hooked on brewing! Cheers!

I bottled a cloudy, wheat pils IPA today. It is called “Snowblind”. I dry hopped this beer with Citra and Lemondrop hops to give it a citrusy aroma!
