Don't know what to do with the croutons... here's a simple poached chicken salad with avocado and multigrain croutons:

Serves however many your serving:
Couple handfuls of mixed greens
Some roasted potatoes or veggies
A nice beautiful lemon vinaigrette
Some fresh herbs
Fresh Parmesan cheese
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Avocado

Method: toss everything into a bowl season wonderfully and enjoy
4 ounces poached chicken

We too were frustrated at having buns that weren't soft enough.

We tested and think we found a solution.

Better egg sandwich, fried chicken sandwiches and memories.

My young teenager asked me what she could do earn some side 💰. Best thing I knew to do was to hire her.

Naturally, I was worried. Not because she's my daughter, but because training in today's environment has changed.

But, be encouraged by the young generation as well as they may be able to simplify and reduce the complexity that we crave to remove.

Listen carefully, pay attention and give it your best effort!
