1st course- Oyster course- stuffed with creamed spinach, crisp bacon, topped with seasoned bread crumbs. 🍷 paired with Avissi Prosecco, perfect for Q fresh oysters 🦪
2nd Course -Octopus salad, paired with Banfi Principessa Gavia .
3rd course- Pasta Pomodoro- Spaghetti in pomodoro sauce, topped with fresh Basil. Paired with Ruffino Aziano, Chianti Classico.
4th course- Seafood Cioppino- shrimp, mussels, clams, calamari, and lobster in a tomato broth. Paired with Tenuta Regaleali Lemuri Nero d’ Avola, Sicily, Italy.
