Another day, another parade, and another way for the FeedStore to support our local community!

Mike was happy to join the Colleyville Heritage High School Homecoming parade this week and to meat everyone along the parade route. Happy Homecoming, Colleyville!

We love supporting our community and we were so lucky this week to hang out and support the Southlake Carroll Rodeo Team! We cheered so much for them that we went...horse.

The Rodeo Team consists of Carroll students in grades 9-12 who compete in North Texas High School Rodeo Association events (NTHSRA). Several of their team members have even qualified for regional and state competitions in past years.

Our rodeo neigh-bors came by for a nice lunch and some great camaraderie, and we'd love y'all to cheer them on as well. Go Southlake!

FeedStore BBQ was at the US Foods Show last week, and just like Mike's sign says, that platform thing he's on is spinning too fast.

You know what's not too fast? The way we smoke our brisket, sausage, and ribs to give our meats that taste you know and love. There's no rushing perfection.

Homecoming in Southlake just hits a little different. 🐉💚

FeedStore BBQ was proud to roll through the Carroll ISD Homecoming Parade with the tractor, the family, and plenty of Dragon spirit.

We have been part of this community for a long time, and getting to watch the next generation wave from the tractor makes days like this pretty special.

Good people. Good traditions.

Thanks, Southlake, for another fun one. GO DRAGONS! 🐉

🐉🏈 IT’S HOMECOMING IN SOUTHLAKE! Dragon Stadium is the place to be tonight as Southlake Carroll celebrates Homecoming and welcomes the Northwest Texans for a District 4-6A showdown!

📅 Friday, Oct. 9
⏰ Kickoff at 7 p.m.
📍 Dragon Stadium

The Dragons enter at 3-2 and looking to keep building momentum, while Northwest comes to town still searching for its first win at 0-5.

👀 The matchup to watch: Carroll has been lighting up the scoreboard, averaging 32.6 points and nearly 427 yards per game. Quarterback Hudson Tomcheck leads the way, while receiver Brody Knowles has been a big-play threat, averaging more than 100 receiving yards per game.

Northwest has a capable passing attack of its own, but the Dragons hold the edge in total offense, scoring and the state rankings.

Of course, Homecoming is about more than what's happening on the field. It's a chance to celebrate Dragon pride, bring the community together and fill the stands with GREEN! 🐉

Southlake, are you ready to pack Dragon Stadium tonight? LET’S GO, DRAGONS!

When our service members need us, FeedStore BBQ is always there for them!

We were happy to attend the Guard and Reserve Assistance Fund- DFW’s annual Charity Golf Tournament on October 5th. The event was at Hawks Creek Golf Club in Westworth Village and raised funds to provide emergency financial assistance to local Guard and Reserve service members and their families facing unexpected financial hardship.

Thank you for letting us be a part of the tourney and helping our brave service members!

Last night, we were thrilled to serve our BBQ and more at the Metroport Chamber's "The Taste" event!

After a wonderful night feeding the guests, they awarded us the 2026 Savory Award, making us smile from ear to ear!

Thank you so much for the invite and we can't wait to show off our trophy! Come by for dinner tonight (and to see the award).

THE DRAGONS ARE BACK IN ACTION! 🏈 District play continues tonight as Southlake Carroll welcomes V.R. Eaton (1-3) to Dragon Stadium for a 7 p.m. kickoff, with the Dragons looking for their second district win of the season.

Carroll comes in at 2-2 overall and is already 1-0 in district play, with an offense that's averaging nearly 395 total yards per game.

And it's a balanced attack. 🐉

Quarterback Hudson Tomcheck is putting up about 210 passing yards per game, while Brody Knowles leads the receiving corps and Dane Wilson provides plenty of production on the ground.

Now the Dragons get a chance to keep that district momentum rolling and they'll be looking to take care of business at home tonight.
