It comes with a heavy heart to inform everyone that Bird Dog BBQ is officially closed. But that doesn’t mean our ridiculously tasty bbq is gone forever. Look to our flagship restaurant Craft Kitchen at 42 West Main St in Plantsville to be the new home of this award winning BBQ. Stay tuned to Craft Kitchen’s FB page and Craftkitchenct.com for updates in transitioning Bird Dog Bbq into Craft. Cheers for all the support and feel free to use any bird dog gift cards at Craft Kitchen or Dial 9 prohibition lounge in the meantime.
