To all of our customers and friends,
Our 5 years of business have meant more to us than we can put into words. With that said, we have made the difficult decision to end our time here in Southington. The friendships we have made, the stories we have shared with one another, the special moments that made us stop in our tracks as we were overcome with gratitude, will stay with us forever.
It has been a great honor to serve you all, while we wish we could continue, this season of my life calls me to be more available to my family. While so much of what I have been building was for them, the long nights, early mornings and never ending rushes, there is no substitution for my presence with my children and family.
Through the ups and downs and many eras of The Lab, different teams, menus, and events, we are eternally grateful for each and every experience and every one of you who worked for us, booked with us, and helped make it all possible.
Come down and show some love tonight and tomorrow, everything will be first come first serve as we sell out our inventories.
We are so grateful for the opportunities you have given us to tantalize those tastebuds and offer something thats both familiar and a touch different! It has meant the world to us! Thank you to our neighbors, guests, friends, families, and staff who have supported us through the years.
