ence cooking, and eating, French food. Most of our recipes are family recipes that originate in the south of France and use olive oil and duck fat as bases. The Metro Bistrot’s menu changes weekly, and sometimes daily, according to what is available at the local markets to ensure that we serve the freshest and best local ingredients. Our menu includes a variety of French favorites, including cassoulet, escargot, duck confit, clafoutis, chocolate mousse, and more. During the week, for lunch on Wednesday through Friday, we feature a prix fixe menu that includes a starter, a main dish, and dessert.
