Dear God, Who is in Heaven. You have given me everything I need to live here on Earth for 120 good years. You have stocked my toolbox of life with the tools that I will need to make this a reality. A toolbox of tools at my disposal to help me find solutions to situations and fix problems in my life. Tools to enable me to live out my life span with more good years than bad. Tools to keep me healthy, financially sound, loved, respected, and well rested with a sound mind. And yes, my God, You gave me a free will to select and use my tools as I choose to use them. I must admit, this I have done poorly. Many times, I understand the problem, have the necessary tools, have the energy and strength to fix my problem. But I did not fix the problem, because I chose the wrong tool. And like the many, this is just one of the many problems in my life that will go un-fixed thus reducing my life expectancy to approximately 72 years. This is nowhere near the 120-years promised, and there is no guarantee that all or most of the years I will have will be good years. Therefore, God, because of my lack of knowing how to use every tool in my toolbox, give me Your wisdom and grace to relieve me from my failures, disappointments, shortcomings, persecutions, poverty, and disobediences. Give me the wisdom to use my toolbox correctly, and when I don’t, please give me Your grace. Be lenient with me and help me to find and use the right tools in my journey to live a more bless, profitable, and achievable life with my family and others. In Jesus name I pray.

Dear God, My Creator and the builder and keeper of my home in heaven. I pray to You today for relief from the things I am doing to Your Son, Jesus Christ. Over the past few years, I have tried to put You and Jesus first in my life. This is not enough. I must also, keep Him lifted high in the lives of those individuals close to me. They are the ones You will choose to deliver the answers to my prayers for relief. My relief from grief, the relief from worrying, the relief of poverty, the relief from prosecution, from sickness and debt. I must share and teach them what I know and believe about Jesus in accordance with Your will. Knowing that when they know Him, it is easier to keep their wings operational so that my prayers are answered. God, like my Grand Kids, you place Jesus in my life with all His boundless abilities to help and guide me here on Earth. Unfortunately, I have not done enough of the things necessary to keep Him visibly active in my life. He has become an Angel with broken wings. I seek relief from the pain and destruction I am causing to myself. Please God, give me the wisdom and strength to repair Your Son’s wings so that I can be all that You created me to be. In Jesus name, I pray.

Yes, I did refer to my Grand Kids as Angels with Broken Wings in my last post. My God, my Creator and Savior. In my quest to sow my good seeds, Your Holy Spirit has improved my understanding of the spiritual world around me. I know now that every person I will meet in every day for the rest of my life is an angelical creature made in Your image. Although I cannot see their wings, I know deep down in my spirit and soul that they fly to distribute Your good seeds in my life. My Grand Kids are my Angels, precious in every way. They are in my life to help me understand the joy and privileges of this world as proclaimed in Your Words, as I am for them. When we see them in their physical image, they have no wings to fly. But, let us view them in Your image with all the abilities they were created with, then a flight to the heavens is not impossible for them. I have heard that everything we have or shall receive from You will come from another physical person. It is within Your design, Your will. When we pray for relief, You send a physical being to provide it. When we ask for relief from despair, You send someone to give us hope. When we hunger for food, You send us a cook. When we ask for divine guidance, You sent us Jesus in the flesh. When we need love, You give us Grand Kids. These persons are Angels in our physical world. When we fail to recognize and treat them as such, they become Angels with Broken Wings serving no spiritual significant in our lives. Broken wings that only we can repair. To keep them flying in our lives as You intended, I believe that we must sow our goods seeds into them. This will allow them to fly sowing their good seeds in our lives and the lives of others. When I sow a good seed (Money) into fertile ground (My Grand Kids) with faith (a firm belief in the principle of paying yourself first) they will reap more money in their lives giving them, their parents, and Grand Parents the relief of worry. Worrying that they will not have enough money to pay their bills in the future. From their limited resources, others are worrying that they will have to step up to carry the load due to the lack of money. Money is just one seed and the lack of it is just one thing we worry about – You have given us an infinite number of seeds to sow. Continue to help me characterize and sow them properly, in accordance with Your principles and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, in Jesus name, I pray. Amen.

My God, My Creator, and the Creator of all things. I come to you once again for Your guidance and wisdom. This week Your Angels have taught me that sowing is a process of distributing a seed to fertile ground with a belief that it will grow into what it was created to be in the future. God, You have put Angels in all of our lives – just ordinary people, some we hardly notice – to walk with us, to teach us, help us, and to inspire us as we struggle to live a Godly life. Yes, I do consider my Grand Kids as Your Angels sent here to support me on this Earth, This week a few of them spent four days with us allowing Your Holy Spirit the opportunity to teach me more about and to obey Your divine Principle of Sowing. It is always a joy to have them around. We have fun doing silly things, but most of the time they are playing games, running throughout the house, and just doing with kids do. But this week was a little different than all the rest, they slept mostly all day and stayed up on their phones, and computer tablets, running throughout the house all night. None of them got any rest, and I got practically no sleep either. But they are my Grand Kids, and all was well with me. Until, we took them to the local carnival to eat and play a few games. Maybe it was the cost of the food, it was expensive. Or maybe it was because they did not eat all the food they asked for and threw most of it away. Or maybe, just maybe I was sleepy from not sleeping the last few nights. Whatever it was it made me upset. So, upset to the point that I called one of them “stupid”. Initially, I did not feel that there was anything wrong with my characterization of their behavior. I have heard it said some place that a person who does not listen to advise is a fool. Therefore, in my analogy, a “fool” is someone who will not take advise to help them grow and learn, is stupid. Now today, the Holy Spirit is asking me is this what I really want them to grow up to be? Stupid Fools – No!! I want them to grow up to become what ever God created them to be – smart, creative, successful, knowledgeable, highly favored, respected, and loved. Then He illuminated a vision before me saying that God gives us all the seeds we want – both good and bad. Among them is our “free-will,” the will to sow the seeds we choose to sow. He said, “know the characteristics of the seeds you are sowing,” and sow your good seeds. In my case, if I want my Grand Kids to respect me and others, the seed of respect is what I must sow to reap later. The Holy Spirit has told me to sow (pray for, ask for, give freely to, to invest in, think positive of, speak positive about, wish for, etc.) my seeds (respect, goodness, money, time, etc.) in fertile ground (an idea, a business, my family, my friends, etc.) with the faith (a firm belief in someone, something, a principle, Angels with Broken Wings, God, Jesus, The Holy Spirit, etc.) of a muster seed, and the seeds I sow will grow and multiply producing a positive gain in my future. Therefore, God I am asking and praying for relief from sowing disrespect to my Grand Kids thus allowing me to say positive things to them. Enable me to see them – not who they are, but who they were created to be. In Jesus name, I pray. Amen.

My Father, who is in Heaven, I realize more today than ever before that my brain is small, unmeasurable when compared to Yours. You are the creator of all things. I pray that you continue to relieve me of this lack of and to bless me in the knowledge of the principles of sowing - You reap what you sow. You have help me to understand that praying, paying your tithes, giving to the poor and others, saying something nice to someone, providing a smile to a person in need, and there are many more things I can do. Things I want to reap in my life for myself. So, I will sow as often as I can. I have heard that when I release what's in my hands You will release Your Angels to give me what's in Your hands. Continue to bless me God, in the name of Jesus, I pray.

Oh God, my Father in Heaven, I pray to You for relief to my lack of understanding three of Your key principles; the principles of faith, asking, and sowing. Your first principle tells us that we must have the faith in the size of a mustard seed. We must believe in You and Your word. Secondly, You tell us that we have not, because we ask not. And finally, You say we reap what we sow. God I think when we put these three principles together, we have all we need that will produce the relief we seek-which is akin to the seed we sow. A seed grows producing more of its kind. When we sow, (the act of asking, praying), a seed (anything of value we want to grow and harvest in the future, such as - money, love, respect, relief, etc.,) in fertile ground (our faith in Your principles,) we have something that will produce the relief we seek. Therefore, we reap what we sow. We ask for debt relief, we reap less debt. We ask for relief from unfair treatment, we receive less unfair treatment. And yes when I sow money into my future, more money will grow for me to harvest. If this is a fair understanding of Your principles, I ask that Your Holy Spirit guide me each day accordingly. Amen.

I created this page, Angel with Broken Wings in 2009. I didn't know exactly what I wanted to do with this page, but I truly believed then and now that there are people in this world dedicated to helping us to navigate the pits of this world we live in. Through the pain, setbacks, failures, the diversity of life that affects us all, we will receive no relief from them unless we ask for it from God. And when we ask Him for relief, then and only then will these Angles repair their wings and fly to our aid. I hope in the coming months we will get back to the original purpose of this page which is to give us the courage and the ability to commit ourselves to asking God for relief in the right way.
