As they say, as 'One Door Closes, Another Opens'. And so is the case with The Plaza Cafe. I have officially cooked my last meal behind my stoves after 28 years as we prepare to open a new venture on Jobs Lane in Southampton in a couple weeks. Thank you to everyone who supported us over the years. I made a ton of mistakes along the way, but I can honestly say that I was in my kitchen each and every night and gave it my best whether we had 1 reservation or 100. Thank you so much for allowing me to do what I love so much. Zivili!

Peconic Bay Scallops in the House at The Plaza Cafe a a featured appetizer. You need do very little with these 'candies-of-the-sea'. We just give them a quick sear and finish them with a Clementine Picatta and serve a Cauliflower-White Truffle Puree. Enjoy them why they last!
