Sip 'n Soda Founded in 1958 by the Parash family. Sip 'n Soda is a classic Luncheonette. We are a soda fountain, ice cream parlor and diner all wrapped into one.

We are a three generation, family owned business that has served Southampton since 1958. We continue to make our ice cream at the store with the same recipes that were handed down through the family. Stop by for a bit of nostalgia and fun!

"Hey, Butch... remember when a Lime Rickey was only 65¢?"

This year's Lime Rickey poster is dedicated to someone who knew Sip's better than just about anyone.

Butch walked through our doors on opening day in 1958, worked here as a kid, and spent decades stopping by almost every day. He wasn't just a customer—he was part of the fabric of Sip's.

His stories, laughter, and love for this place made it feel like home for so many of us.

Thanks for helping make Sip's so special, Butch. This one's for you. ❤️
