🥯 A NEW SIGN. A NEW CHAPTER. ❤️

Today, we proudly welcome our new DELISH BAGELS sign!

We have tremendous respect for the first and second owners who helped create the history of this longtime Southampton business.

The first owner ran the shop for approximately 15 years, followed by the second owner for approximately 5 years.

On October 5, 2025, our family became the third owners.
We know there has been some confusion about the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd ownership. When people hear “new ownership,” some understandably think we are the second owners. So we want to make it clear:
1st Owner → 15 years
2nd Owner → 5 years
3rd Owner → Our family, since October 5, 2025 ❤️

We came from New Jersey with 18 years of combined, on-and-off bagel experience, and we brought that passion to Southampton.

But Southampton isn't just where we have our business — we live here. Our family lives here, our children go to school here, and we are proud to call Southampton our home. We are your neighbors and part of this great community.

Our customers have become like friends to us. Many of you start your day with us and continue your day with us, and we are proud to serve you the same food we eat and feed our own children.

❤️ This is something money can’t buy.
As a small business owner, I watch our customers while they eat. I watch their first bite, their smiles, and the happiness on their faces.

And when I see that happiness, I feel a kind of relief that money could never buy.
It makes every late night, long day, sacrifice, discipline, criticism, doubt, failure, risk, and every moment of persistence worth it.

Today, watching this happy couple enjoy our Triple Threat — pork roll, bacon, sausage, egg & cheese — and our famous Chicken Salad reminded me exactly why I keep pushing forward.

You can make money again. You can replace things. But the genuine happiness you create for someone with something you worked so hard to make… that is priceless. ❤️
