It’s sunny & 75° here on the Cape aka the perfect day for a lobster roll!
But the real question is… which one are you ordering?!

Here @ the Skipper, we’ve got 3 ways to roll:

•Traditional New England cold lobster tossed with mayo
•Connecticut Style warm lobster, tossed in butter
•A Skipper original Meet in the Middle our hot lobster roll topped with garlic aioli
