Baking bread has been a cornerstone of our business (and the ones that came before) since the very beginning.

Our incredible baking team makes every loaf in-house, along with the crackers that fill our boards and every dessert that finishes the meal.

There’s a tremendous amount of skill and care that goes into everything we do…and these breads and pastries are nothing if not a perfect example of this. Through heat waves surrounded by ovens, and freezing winters waiting for the loaves to rise, this crew not only perseveres, but CHAMPIONS the craft.
