Today, we’d like to take a moment to thank one of our very own, Nadia Flaig, as she works her last day with us at Josephine’s Kitchen.

Nadia has been an incredible barista and server, and we are so grateful for all of her hard work, kindness, and dedication. While we’re sad to see her go, we couldn’t be more proud as she begins this exciting new chapter as a college student.

Nadia graduated as the #2 student in her class from the Early College High School in Port Isabel—an amazing accomplishment that reflects her determination and commitment to excellence.

Thank you, Nadia, for being such an important part of our Josephine’s Kitchen family. We wish you the very best in college and in everything that lies ahead. May all your dreams and wishes come true. Congratulations, and good luck on this exciting new journey!
