"We didn't expect to have such amazing pizza, especially for two of us who live in New York City. We came here specifically because they have vegan & gluten-free pizza dough and vegan mozzarella cheese for myself, on which I added spinach, mushrooms, and red onion. My very non-vegan boyfriend tasted my pizza and said that if he didn't know it was vegan and gluten-free, he wouldn't have known and just thought it was very good thin-crust pizza.
