When we first set out on this project, we really wanted to save the old building. But after investigations by our structural engineers Timberline Structural Engineering we had to admit the old building just wouldn’t meet modern building requirements.
Don’t worry - the new design by Saltiel Architecture pays homage to the old building and we’ve tried hard to keep the spirit of the old place alive in the new design.
