This Week’s Feature at The River Bottom: Ocakbaşı

Our newest feature brings together some of our favorite offerings from the grill: lamb chops, pistachio kebab, chicken wings, chicken souvlaki, and beef souvlaki, all served over seasoned grilled lavash bread with roasted tomatoes, sumac onions, parsley, red cabbage salad, and finished with a drizzle of pomegranate molasses.
