My heart is full tonight.
We sold out of wings and pulled pork—again—and I just need to say something…

To everyone who’s come by the truck, brought their friends, waited in line, or simply cheered me on: thank you. Truly.
This little dream of mine only works because of you. My friends, my neighbors, my community—you’ve shown up for me in the most generous, consistent, and overwhelming ways.

Every time I see a familiar face walk up to the window, my heart melts a little more.
You’re not just customers—you’re the reason I keep showing up early, staying up late, and putting everything I’ve got into this truck.

Thank you for making this more than just food. Thank you for making it family.
