That would certainly be easier.

Instead, we bring the beans in green and roast them ourselves right here at Rachel’s, because apparently we have a thing for doing s**t the hard way. ☕️

Patio drinks. Live music. Food coming off the grill. Somebody you know walking up and surprising you. Somebody you don’t know yet sitting a few seats down.

Then Rachel’s does what Rachel’s does every year, we change with the season.

Breakfast, coffee and cozy cabin mornings are coming. But this version of Rachel’s? She’s only got 10 more days.

So yeah. We’re gonna soak up every damn one of them.

Come get a little more summer while you still can. 🍻

Turns out, opening a bottle is faster.

We just don’t think faster always tastes better.

We squeeze the juice for our cocktails right here at Rachel’s because if we’re going to make you a drink, we might as well give a damn about what’s going in it.

Same goes for our mocktails, by the way. Taking the booze out of a cocktail doesn’t magically make it a mocktail. It still deserves the good stuff.

Could we make it easier? Absolutely.
Are we going to? Probably not. 😏

The aspens have officially started doing their thing, which means it’s time for unnecessarily long drives, pulling over every five minutes, dogs hanging their heads out the window, and saying “LOOK AT THAT ONE” approximately 47 times.

Fall in South Fork doesn’t stick around forever.

Might wanna come see what all the fuss is about. 😏
