To: SupportiveNectarine6503 and other similar commenters….
I am doing this on my own. I have opened 4 other restaurants successfully and smoothly. Working capital is the key. The stress and struggle that I have experienced this time is unbelievable and painful…physically, mentally and emotionally. I have to push myself to keep trying to overcome and believe in my abilities to make it work. To believe that I can live without and be creative with what I’m working with at this point to pull through. I have a harder and harder time everyday to not give up and close down….your s**t ass comments and those who are just as mean DID get to me today and I was ready to throw on the towel (sorry to those who stopped by and I wasn’t there at the time I said)….but I’m not a quitter….I know my s**t and I’m good at what I do and I have EXCELLENT food that is MOSTLY appreciated by the community. SO….i might mot be able to make it in the long run but I will 100% give it every ounce of my ability financially and otherwise before I do…even with the odds against me at this point, it’s not over. If people don’t want to eat here because of the current instability that’s their loss and adding to the demise of our town not its success. Why do you think so many businesses open and shut down so quickly? They’re putting everything they have into taking a shot at the American dream and it’s fricking hard - especially when you have limited resources. Supportive is in your fake name…your comments are hurtful (as you intended) but….not today Satan
