The most popular question we have, what in the F*%k do you put on your briskets for rub! 5 simple ingredients! Smoked kosher salt, smoked 16 mesh black pepper, smoked garlic, granulated onion and smoked paprika. Thats it. Obviously not going to divulge the ratios. It’s made fresh for every event we do! But hope it helps someone else to get a start on doing this lost art. I had a wonderful person that helped me along the way and made it my own. But the thing with BBQ is, make it your own!

This weekend hits us so hard, our daughter graduates and moves onto adulthood. To say we are proud is an understatement, she will move on to do great things. Congratulations Kiddo, you’ve earned it🎉🎊❤️
