History: Happy Days Cafe opened on Monday, July 27, 2009 as an ice cream and sandwich shop with a 50's and 60's theme, featuring Greenlee Gourmet Popcorn. Terry Greenlee and, his father, Delbert Greenlee, co-owners and founders of Happy Days Cafe, orginally started selling their Greenlee Gourmet Popcorn, after a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 11 a.m on Monday, March 2, 2009 at 606 D Street . enlee opted to move the business next door, allowing for an extended menu and seating for 51 hungry customers. Greenlee passed away on Sunday, June 13, 2010. We applaud their hard work and achievement in starting up Happy Days Cafe! Cathy Nelson became a co-owner of Happy Days Cafe during August of 2010 along with a silent co-owner. Cathy is a former co-owner of the New Moon Cafe that operated at 714 Lee Street in Charleston from July of 1998 to July of 2003. Happy Days Cafe features sandwiches, daily soup specials, house-made BBQ's, and hot dogs – with homemade sauce and slaw. Try the old-time shakes, floats and flavored Coca Cola. It's a blast from the past at Happy Days Cafe. Some names you'll remember from the 1950s and 1960s have, at least, made an appearance on the menu. There's The Big Bopper, The Elvis, The Brown-Eyed Girl, The Suzie Q and The Hound Dog.

Happy Days will be open during summer fest we will open daily at 10:30 and stay open until around 8 on Wednesday and Thursday and until festivities are concluded on Friday and Saturday we have fully stocked hand scooped ice cream with 16 different flavors !!!!
