Fall into flavor. This week’s soup special at Cafe Appalachia is a cozy homemade chili, perfect for crisp autumn days. Stop in and enjoy a bowl with friends, or grab one to go. Taste the season.

A little Road Trippin’ and a little toe-tappin’! 🎶📺

We loved welcoming Terry Burhans to Café Appalachia today to film a Road Trippin’ segment about us! On his way out, Terry pulled out his harmonica and joined Chuck Taylor, who generously volunteers his time playing the hammered dulcimer at our cafés. This sweet, spontaneous duet was too good not to share! 💚

Catch Café Appalachia on WCHS next Tuesday, October 13, at 5 p.m. and 10 p.m.! Thank you, Terry and Chuck, for making today extra special.

Food with a purpose—and a little music for the soul. 🎵

Tomorrow is a big day at Cafe Appalachia. We’re hosting a TV crew for a special segment, and we’d love to see our regulars as well as new faces, travelers, road trippers, anyone, to help fill the seats and share the energy. Come for good food, stay for the community.

BIG shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Steve Blackwell for taking the time to do a beautiful photo shoot with our food at both cafes!
We are so excited to share that soon both locations will have monitors scrolling photos of our menu items, so customers can get a better look at all the delicious options while deciding what to order.
Steve has always helped us capture the heart of what we do: fresh, thoughtful food made with purpose. We appreciate his talent, time, and support so much!
Stay tuned. Our food is about to have its own little runway moment.
