🥎 We’re proud to support two of our very own, Savannah Hetzell and Shyanne Clardy, as they and the Halifax County Debs Softball Team head to the 2026 Dixie Softball World Series in Odessa, Florida!

Pictured is Savannah accepting a donation on behalf of the team. We’re honored to support these talented young ladies as they represent Halifax County, and we hope our contribution helps with travel, lodging, meals, and tournament expenses.

📢An Important Update from Riverdale Dairy Dell

Beginning this month, you’ll notice that your orders will no longer be served in Styrofoam cups.

This change isn’t one we made by choice—it’s because of a new Virginia law requiring all food vendors to stop using Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), commonly known as Styrofoam. As of July 1, 2026, all Virginia food vendors are required to transition to approved alternative packaging.

While we know this may look a little different, we’re committed to continuing to serve the same great food and friendly service you’ve come to expect. We appreciate your patience as we make this transition and thank you for supporting our small business through this change.

These talented young ladies recently stopped by Riverdale Dairy Dell to pick up our donation and enjoy some ice cream. 🍦

💙 Shoutout to two of our very own Dairy Dell team members, Kendall Crowder and Olivia Williams!

As members of the North Fork Baptist Church Youth Group, these girls have been spending their time away from work serving others in our community. They’ve been busy cooking and delivering meals, painting porches, trimming bushes, and lending a helping hand wherever it’s needed.

We are so proud of their servant hearts and willingness to make a difference in the lives of others. Thank you, Kendall and Olivia for showing the true meaning of community service. We appreciate you both! 💙
